Detailed analysis is usually carried out in the form of Bespoke Development Appraisals; built to incorporate high levels of detailed information thus enabling various types of sensitivity analysis – ‘testing’ of scenarios. We also specialise in using the Development Viability Toolkits (such as the HCA or the Three Dragons Model).
Turner Morum also has experience in developing mechanisms that allow Development Sites to ‘come forward’on the basis of phase-by-phase review mechanisms, and/ or performance related overages.
