This sort of analysis provides both Developers and Local Authorities with more certainty, and allows for detailed discussions and negotiations on how development and s106 agreements can be structured.

We usually model developments by means of Bespoke Development Appraisals. This allows us to test various scenarios so that we can advise on the benefits and drawbacks of various development scenarios, including different mixes of Affordable Housing/ s106 Planning Obligations.
