Area 11, Milton Keynes – We acted as Expert Valuation Witness in an Arbitration concerning the acquisition of a site at Milton Keynes for some 2,200 residential Units. The arbitration required a written proof of evidence; counter representations, a high-level Discounted Cashflow and Residual Valuation Analysis all of which were then the subject of detailed lengthy cross-examination.
Little Frenchies Field, Denmead – We again acted in an Arbitration as Expert Valuation Witness for a very substantial housebulding client on the purchase of a development site at Denmead, Hants. Expert valuation advice was provided through written representations including Residual Valuations and detailed analysis.
