Through the use of extensive in house skills we are able to produce complex reporting packages for clients on portfolios ranging from individual properties to property portfolios running into hundreds of properties.
This allows budgeting advice to be provided flexibly for clients:
- This can follow the standard quinquennial Revaluation system and annual rates bills from 01 April to 31 March operated by the Valuation Office Agency and by Billing Authorities
- Alternatively budgets can be provided for the financial year-end pattern utilised by the client
- For the latter, budgets can be provided on a daily apportioned basis or on a cash-flow basis, whichever suits the accounting requirements of the client
Where clients are seeking to acquire new properties, proposing to expand existing properties or even where a rateable value is simply out of date or too low due to historic alterations having been overlooked, Turner Morum can supply detailed advice on provisioning, again tailored to individual financial year-ends where needed.
