Our current headcount stands at 12 people, across 3 teams each of which is led by one of our equity partners. Many of our clients use a mix of our services, and coordination is no problem as all 3 teams are based within our London EC1 office building.

Specialising in work for occupiers on relocation projects, acquisition and rent review negotiations, investment, valuation, lease renewal and restructuring, reletting and disposal, lease termination including dilapidations consultancy, and service charge matters.
